Delivery Details
United Kingdom
UK deliveries that are in stock will normally be made within 3 - 5 working days of us receiving your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude all public holidays.
If you require an order urgently please call on 01492 544666 and we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements to the best of our ability.
Unwanted or faulty goods will be refunded, but must be returned within 30 days. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for further information.
We aim to deliver within three working days to mainland UK, other regions will take up to five working days. We can offer a next day service providing we have your order early; please make sure we are aware of any urgent orders. Blowing fibre is delivered separately, directly from the supplier, so please allow extra time for delivery, especially during peak trading times.
Delivery Carriers
Small orders are despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded and are priced according to weight. Unfortunately we are unable to instruct Royal Mail to leave parcels with neighbours or any special delivery instructions. We try to keep costs down and so some items may be sent non recorded.
Most larger orders are delivered by courier next day service and are priced according to weight. You can get an estimate of how much this will cost in our estimation tool when you view your basket. If your order is being sent by courier then we can leave instructions for the courier company although we cannot take any responsibility for these instructions to be carried out and any consequence of these instructions.
Additional Charges
Should there be any additional charges we will notify you when you place your order.
If you require your order to be sent to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands and Eire with postcodes FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH15-26, PH30-42 / HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 then this carries a higher charge and will be priced according to weight.

We also deliver to Europe.
Delivery Disclaimer
We will receive a proof of purchase for orders sent out by Royal Mail, however this is not a guaranteed service. Where we may be able to track the order we will assist in any way we can. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Should your order be sent out by a carrier then the order will be traceable to final point of delivery. At this point a signature will be required.
If you request (which must be made in writing i.e. email /letter) for the delivery to be made in an unsecure location and / or at a different delivery address this is done so at your and /or recipients own risk. Should there be no-one to accept the order the carrier company should leave a card and if so leave instructions for you to follow which in normal circumstances will be for you to collect the order from your local depot and / or arrange for the order to be redelivered. If your order is being delivered by carrier on an expected date and no card is left please contact us on 01492 544666 and we will endeavour to assist in ascertaining the location and delivery of the order.
European deliveries - Orders of a low value will be sent with Royal Mail. Orders over £50 in value will be sent with a courier. Both services take 2-5 working days to be delivered.
Returns
All returns are sent back at your own expense except where your purchase is considered to be faulty. When returning your purchase a proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services. Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full.
