Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find an overview of our delivery options and policies.

United Kingdom Delivery

Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

For mainland UK, delivery is usually within 3 working days. More remote areas may take up to 5 working days.

If your order is urgent, please call us on 01492 544 666 and we will do our best to prioritise it.

Some items, such as blowing fibre, may be shipped directly from our supplier and can arrive separately. Please allow additional time for these items, particularly during busy periods.

Delivery Methods

Small orders: Typically sent via Royal Mail and priced based on weight. Please note that Royal Mail deliveries may not always be tracked and we are unable to provide delivery instructions such as leaving parcels with neighbours.

Larger orders: Usually sent via courier on a next working day service. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and can be estimated at checkout. Where possible, delivery instructions can be passed to the courier, however we cannot guarantee these will be followed.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery may be available for urgent orders, provided we receive your order early enough in the day and items are in stock. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Additional Charges

Delivery to certain regions may incur additional charges. These include:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Republic of Ireland

Applicable postcode areas include (but are not limited to): FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH15-26, PH30-42, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3.

Any additional delivery charges will be confirmed before your order is processed.

European Delivery

We also ship to selected European destinations.

Orders under £50 are typically sent via Royal Mail. Orders over £50 are sent via courier. Delivery usually takes between 2 - 5 working days depending on location.

Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by external circumstances.

Royal Mail deliveries are not guaranteed services, although proof of postage is obtained. Courier deliveries are fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.

If you request delivery to an alternative address or an unsecured location, this is done at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage in these circumstances.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will normally leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

Returns

Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns are sent at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked or recorded service when returning items, as proof of postage alone is not considered proof of receipt.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, return postage will be refunded in full.
