Returns Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any items, you must contact us with full details of your order. Please email accounts@bemybear.com and include:
- Your order details (items and purchase date)
- The reason for return
We will then advise you on the next steps. Please do not return goods without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, please provide a clear description of the issue along with photographs where possible. Once reviewed, we will confirm how to proceed.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair. Return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return unwanted items under our 30-day returns policy:
- Items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- All components must be returned (for example, full kit contents)
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a returns note. Items must be returned at your own cost.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Seasonal products
- Special order items
- Discontinued lines
Order Issues
Any discrepancies with your order (such as missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact accounts@bemybear.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Fees
Returns made under our 30-day policy may be subject to a 10% administration fee where the total value of returned goods exceeds £100 (including VAT).
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
